Insurance & Rates

This is a private-pay practice. Working outside of insurance allows for greater depth, flexibility, and privacy. It also makes it possible to focus on a highly specific group of clients and tailor our work accordingly.

My rate is $300 for a 60 minute sesssion. I have a sliding scale for those who might need financial assistance. There's a good chance your sessions will be at least partially reimbursed by your insurance company even though I don’t take your insurance, but you have to contact them to find out.

If you choose to use your out of network benefits I can give you the forms you need to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. You can also pay for counseling with FSA cards or your Health Savings Account.
